Pasteurized means all its nutrients are intact. Raw apple juice is high in vitamins A & C. It also contains loads of phytonutrients and soluble fiber - both fight the build up of cholesterol. Clendenen's is the best tasting juice you will ever experience.<br /><br />It freezes perfectly; it tastes just like the fresh stuff when it thaws.
